Why do we offer this?

Why are there only a limited number of VIP memberships?

There are several reasons for this decision. The main reason is that we want to offer our Lifetime Deal holders a comprehensive service. By limiting the number of participants, we can offer individual 1-to-1 sessions and CEO consultations. Only with a limited number of these tickets can we ensure that we can maintain our offer and continuously work on our solutions and templates.

If I wait for the next offer, can I apply in advance?

No, everyone should have an equal chance of getting a Lifetime Deal. The only thing you can do is sign up for our deal countdown. When the next exclusive offer becomes available, you will receive an e-mail from us. But please bear in mind: We decide at certain intervals whether there will be further exclusive offers. There is no guarantee of this.

My team is much smaller than 25 people. Is there a smaller version of the Lifetime deal?

No, there is only one version for up to 25 users. The price of the deal is based on a blended calculation and cannot be converted to "per user" services. Keep in mind that you get limited access to deal content such as playbook templates and unlimited usage rights. Even if you only need 5 users initially, it offers excellent value for money.

What if I need more than 25 licenses?

The first 25 licenses are permanently free, but you are not limited to this. You can add additional user licenses at any time at the regular subscription price according to our price list.

How do I buy my Lifetime Deal?

You can only complete your deal via our checkout page at: LINK purchase. As soon as you have completed the purchase, we will provide you with access to the cloud portal and you can get started.


What exactly do you mean by "lifetime license"?

We offer you the right to use our software solution. With this right, your organization, for which you purchase the license, may use our SaaS service for as long as we offer it. The license is valid for an unlimited period of time and allows use by up to 25 users. Over time, users can be deleted and replaced by new ones as long as the total number of active users does not exceed 25. An additional SaaS fee would only be incurred from the 26th user onwards.

How exactly is the duration of the VIP Membership calculated?

The VIP Membership always runs until 31.08.2025, regardless of when the license and membership were ordered before 01.09.2024. The term is therefore always at least one year and up to 15 months if you decide to order earlier.

Can I extend the Lifetime Deal VIP Membership after the first year?

No, unfortunately the VIP Membership is a one-time introductory offer. We believe that you will learn more than you can handle in the first year, and that you will not need many of the benefits that the deal offers in the first year beyond that. We also work with limited resources and want to ensure that every Lifetime customer can be served.

Do you guarantee CEO meetings for lifetime deal holders?

Our CEO reserves time slots for this service and provides a calendar link for bookings, however it cannot be guaranteed to be available at your preferred times. As your deal is time-limited, we recommend booking your consultation times as far in advance as possible.

How do the VIP round tables work?

We invite you to online meetings to get to know other members of the program. We curate the invitations to avoid the participation of direct competitors and instead combine complementary offers. During the round table sessions, you will have the opportunity to present your playbooks and ask questions. You will also gain insights into how other users deal with their business challenges. The Round Tables are not limited to discussions about playbooks, they may well lead to you finding a new customer or business partner.

My company does not allow software purchases by credit card. Are there other ways to purchase the Lifetime Deal?

We prefer to purchase via our Stripe portal, but in exceptional cases we can also issue traditional invoices. In this case, please contact info@linkando.com. Our sales team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I buy two deals to extend my user licenses to 50?

No, the offer is unique per customer. During the online purchase, we cannot technically check if you have purchased the offer twice. However, it is against our fair use policy and if we become aware of this, we will charge you the regular subscription price for the second deal you purchased.

I have a very unique sales approach and none of your templates suit me. Does the lifetime deal still make sense for me?

Yes, as long as your business model is based on repeatable business interactions with your customers (or other target groups). The concept of a digital playbook is generic and you can develop your own playbooks to fit your business model. Our templates will still offer you added value because you can use them to learn the concepts. The content of our academy contains various generic masterclasses that can also be applied to other use cases.

What do I need to get started with Linkando Playbooks?

Every user needs an account for our solution and should download our free Linkando Sidebar, a browser extension for Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. If you want to use our solution directly during a Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting, you need one of our free apps for these platforms. Google Meet users can use the product automatically via our browser extensions. Webex users can also use the product in the web version of the Webex client.
