Hubspot Playbooks are also limited in their possibilities within Hubspot. They do not offer any cross-process logic, but are always linked to a contact or deal.

Hubspot Playbooks are therefore primarily to be understood as a guide for individual conversations. Linkando playbooks, on the other hand, enable structured sales processes such as appointment sequences or workflows across many different departments and functions.

Linkando playbooks also offer a number of additional features such as lead scoring or a flow control with "if-then logic". This allows you to link the call control from Linkando Playbooks and map entire communication trees. 

Ultimately, it's also a question of price-performance ratio, because you need an Enterprise license for Hubspot playbooks.

Alternatively, you could choose a cheaper Hubspot license and book a specialized playbook solution with Linkando Playbooks.

But Linkando also offers a lot of advantages for Hubspot Enterprise users!
