Who is the Sommer 24 offer for?

The Digital Package Unlimited offer applies to all cities, municipalities and districts with up to 100,000 inhabitants.

Cities, municipalities or districts with more than 100,000 inhabitants can contact Linkando at any time and receive an individual offer tailored to their requirements. This also applies to affiliated companies / organizations such as municipal energy suppliers, universities, colleges, etc.

If I wait for the next offer, I can apply in advance

No, everyone should have the same chance to get a lifetime license. The only thing you can do is to sign up for our e-mail list without obligation, when the next exclusive offer becomes available you will receive an e-mail from us. But be careful: we decide every 4 months whether to offer another exclusive offer. There is no guarantee that we will do so.

How do I buy my lifetime license?

You can only purchase your deal via our checkout page at: LINK. Once you have completed the purchase, we will provide you with access to the cloud portal and you can get started. Alternatively, you can always contact our advisors at info@linkando.com and complete the purchase this way.

What kind of meetings is Linkando Meetings suitable for?

Linkando Meetings is specially designed for the internal and external communication of cities, municipalities, clubs and associations, such as committee or council meetings.

What do I need to get started with Linkando Meetings?

Every user needs an account in our solution. If you want to use our solution directly during a Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting, you need one of our free apps for these platforms. The Zoom product also has gpaNRW certification.

What does the gpaNRW certification mean?

The North Rhine-Westphalia Municipal Audit Office (gpaNRW) is part of the state's supervision of local authorities and was founded in 2003. With this certification, the gpaNRW confirms that Linkando meets the technical, data protection and organizational standards for digital committee meetings in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. In particular, Linkando thus fulfills the requirements of the Digital Meetings Ordinance (DigiSiVO) and thus offers a comprehensive range for legally compliant digital committee work. In April 2022, the state of North Rhine-Westphalia introduced an "Act on the Introduction of Digital Meetings for Municipal Committees and on the Amendment of Municipal Regulations", thus creating the legal basis for digital meetings in the public sector.

To what extent does Linkando offer legal certainty?

The functions of the Linkando app fulfill the legal requirements for municipal work. For example, Linkando enables secret and public votes and elections with various voting modes, automatically creates legally required meeting minutes and agendas and enables comprehensive citizen participation. The gpaNRW certification confirms that Linkando meets the technical, data protection and organizational standards for digital committee meetings in accordance with the Digital Meetings Ordinance (DigiSiVO)

How long does the installation take?

Linkando is a plug-and-play solution that you only need to install in your video conferencing tools. You are then ready to go from a technical perspective. We recommend one or two support sessions with our digitalization consultants so that you and your team can find your way around the app. Overall, you can expect to digitize your communication processes with Linkando within one working day.

How long is the support available?

As part of the "Unlimited digital town hall" pact, you receive two live support sessions with our digitalization consultants included. You can then book additional support sessions for a fee. In our experience, however, two sessions are sufficient to be able to use the app independently.

How can I get Linkando after the sale/expiry of the lifetime deal?

Linkando Meetings is available as a monthly and annual subscription. If you no longer have a lifetime license, you can book Linkando as a subscription at any time at https://linkando.com/meetings/linkando-meetings/ or info@linkando.com.

Where is Linkando already in use?

Linkando has been active on the German market since 2016 and has a broad customer base. Linkando users in the public sector include cities and municipalities as well as associations and clubs. Our products are also used by many companies. Our customers and partners include, for example, the municipal IT service provider regio IT based in Aachen, Deutsche Telekom and SAP.

Can I hold several meetings (sessions/assemblies) in parallel with Linkando Meetings?

Yes, you can create and hold an unlimited number of meetings in parallel. Depending on the video conferencing solution used for hybrid or online meetings, you will need the corresponding number of user licenses from the respective provider.

In which format can meetings/assemblies be held in conjunction with Linkando Meetings?

Linkando Meetings supports all common meeting formats. I.e. pure online meetings in connection with Zoom or MS Teams as InApp, but also all other video conferencing solutions, but then in two browser windows. We also support hybrid meetings to the same extent, i.e. some of the participants take part remotely, while others meet in person in a room. Our meeting app also supports pure face-to-face meetings, i.e. the participants on site take part via a QR code and can then actively participate in digital voting and elections in addition to the agenda.

Is there online support for Linkando meetings?

Yes, at help.linkando.com you will find extensive online support on a wide range of topics such as working groups, agenda, check-in app for on-site participants, minutes, elections, voting, voting rights, proxy rules, etc. 

Does Linkando also offer live support during meetings (sessions/assemblies)?

Yes, we offer technical remote or on-site support in conjunction with our certified partners. We will be happy to put you in touch with our partners on request.
